Sol 397, ZL7 in action to photograph the Sun. The occasion was the transit of the moon Phobos in front of our star. Perseverance shot 125 frames (at least), I took 35 of them that didn’t include Phobos’ silhouette and processed them as usual astrophotos.
The result is a great increase in detail, and many sunspots emerge. I think those in the lower left quadrant are AR2975 and AR2976.
