Christian Tate
Christian (Chris) Tate is a graduate student at Cornell University Department of Astronomy. His research interests include stereo imaging, camera calibration, 3D visualization, the volcanos of Io, and the atmospheres of Mars and Titan. After working on the multispectral and geometric calibrations for the Mastcam-Zs, Chris is passionate about coregistering the Mastcam-Zs with other instruments and cameras to create 3D terrain models and to monitor Mars’ atmosphere.
